The following is what I believe He revealed to me. Satan is going to attack all of us who are adopting from Haiti because he doesn't want things in Haiti to change. He likes it just the way it is...poor, many hopeless & lost people. People practicing vodoo & other things. Although Satan is not happy when anyone is adopted from Haiti, he is especially upset when boys are adopted. Why you ask? Because he knows that our plans for these children is to bring them home, love them, give them an education, & hopefully some day they will return to their native country & help the people there. He knows that the men are the ones that currently make the decisions in the country & when present...in the family as well. He doesn't want God loving, educated men in Haiti trying to change things for the better. He wants the people to continue to live in poverty & bondage to so many things. So if you are adopting a boy from Haiti or know someone that is...please pray for that boy, the adoptive parents, the birth parents, & the entire adoption process. Satan will do whatever he can to stop these adoptions. It's up to us to stand firm on God's word & His promises.

We feel the same way, Kathy! I really believe that the enemy has been threatened because of the unity and strength of believers bringing children out of Haiti and into Christian homes. He is losing his foothold in a country that had been in his clutches for quite some time and he is making a last ditch attempt to give the appearance that he's in control. But we know the Lord is sovereign. I firmly believe that these children are going to help bring about spiritual revival in Haiti and will further the kingdom of Christ. We're covering them all in prayer. :o)

We are also praying in agreement! The devil is a dork...he sure does think he's got it all figured out... but he is just trying the same old thing over and over! God is so much bigger and He is doing a mighty thing in Haiti! We have felt God tell us the same thing about our Caleb! So what a confirmation this post was for us! We are praying!! Watch out Haiti here comes God!

Wow Kathy, This is good, and I will be praying, as well as holding to the knowledge that God spoke to my husband regarding adoption. I was in, but it took a while with lots of prayer from lots of people. God changed his heart, not me, and I will trust that God will bring home my boy, here is where he wants me!!!!!
