I know some of you are waiting for an update regarding my BIL as well as adoption news. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot to report right now. As of last night, Kenny still hadn't waken up although his ammonia level is coming down which is good. It looks like he has a good case of hepatic encephalathy which is what Randy & I suspected all along.
I got a very vague report on the adoptions yesterday so I'll just say that we're still waiting to go into MOI. Please pray for Phoebe. For two weeks straight she asks at least once a day for us to pray for the paper work so her sisters & brother can come home. She has stood up in church & asked for prayers, & yesterday when she was having quiet time in her room I heard her on the monitor talking to God about wanting them home & asking Him for the paperwork to be done. I just cried when I heard it. My heart hurts for her. Please pray that our children will be home by Christmas, & if not that God would have mercy on us & bless us with the money so that Phoebe & I could go to Haiti in December so she can see her siblings. Thanks!

Oh Kathy, Of course I am praying they'll be home, but if not I would LOVE to see you and meet Phoebe in December! I hate hearing how hard this is on her.
It seems like you just flew ibesr and parquet and have been stuck for EVER waiting for MOI.
Isn't it so hard to hear our children longing and hurting for their siblings. It just breaks my heart.
Of course, I still believe that your kids will be home by Christmas, but if not... I would be THRILLED to watch Phoebe meet her siblings.

Oh, poor Phoebe. I'm so sorry Kathy. I know what you are going through though because mine have started to ask & we're not even out of the starting gate.

Thanks everyone! Please pray that if I'm suppose to pursue this that I will get a very clear leading from God very soon because it can't me a last minute thing with Phoebe needing a passport not to mention we need to be blessed with $2,000 in order for us to go & for dear hubby to say yes because right now he's saying she's not going.
